Wings of a Ghost

  • 6oz HLPP Ghost Pepper Sauce
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • Simmer in saute pan.
  • Bake or fry chicken wings then lightly season with
    salt and pepper then toss in a bowl with the sauce.
Dipping Sauce Option1
Server with: Garlicky Greengo Ranch (mix 3 parts ranch dressing to 1 par GG)

Dipping Sauce Option 2
Hatchanero Blue Cheese (mix 3 parts blue cheese dressing to 1 part hatchanero)
